Key Dates
I am horrible of keeping track of important dates, although I’m glad to say I do remember my wife’s birthday and our anniversary. 🙂
This page is to track some key dates. Let’s hope its mostly to see how far I’ve come, versus how far I have to go.
I probably should note that in June 2021 (unsure of the exact date), I had surgery on my left knee. Although I start the table below with my hernia surgery, work was so wild shortly after I finished that operations medical leave, essentially it was a lost year for my health.
Oh, and yeah…there are a lot more consequential dates than what I list below (e.g. my wedding date, the birthdays of my children), but that’s not what this table is for. 🙂

Okay, this next one will take a bit more explanation. Wednesdays at The Athlete District used to be a recovery day, but then (by request of other cruel, masochistic people) it was changed to another exercise one. So, starting on 19 November 2002 (the first exercise-versus-recovery-day), each Wednesday I wear “Protest Pink.” The lighting on this sure made me look like I had some guns…

And a couple weeks later, some others joined me in pink power…
